- An Executive Session of the Board, as authorized by Title 25, Section 307 B.4 of the Oklahoma Statutes, for the purpose of confidential communications with its attorney concerning claims arising from the lawsuits filed by Wade Quick against Emergency Medical Services Authority, District Court of Oklahoma County State of Oklahoma, Case No. CJ-2024-2470 and Laura Lance against Emergency Medical Services Authority, District Court of Oklahoma County State of Oklahoma, Case No. CJ-2024-2870, which were consolidated by Court Order on June 10, 2024 into Case No. CJ-2024-2470 (Consolidated Action), including without limitations all claims asserted in the Consolidated Action and with the advice of its attorney, a determination by the Board of Trustees of the Emergency Medical Services Authority that disclosure to the public of the communications in such Executive Session will seriously impair the ability of the Board of Trustees to process such claims and litigation in the public interest.
